Refund / Return
If the products are returnable, only the same product in different size or colour can be exchanged. Exchange for other products will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service once you received the product to request for a return, and return the product to us within 7 days (or other dates as specified by the merchant) upon receiving the products. The procedures are as follows:
1. Retain all the packing materials including original product packaging, invoice and any gifts.
2. Contact us via Phone 3421 2688 or email us to email@example.com to report the case.
3. Bring along all the stuff to our delivery center during office hours (Unit 3202, 32/F Cable TV Tower,
9 Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong., Office Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday)
4. We will notify you the status of your exchange as soon as we received and inspected the products. If the product item is unavailable due to out of stock, we will contact to you directly.
**If Founder Globaltech Limited cannot receive the products within 7 days, we reserve our right to reject your returning of the products.
Goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it. Please include the followings: the original packaging, tags, certificates, manufacture warranty card, instructions, gifts and all other accessories etc. Also please make sure the package is undamaged, tags are intact and attached to the item, and if any of these are damaged they are deemed to be non-returnable.
Each order only allows return once.
